Winery Facilities

The construction of the winery facilities started in July 2006 and ended in October 2008. These include:
  • an area of raw material reception,
  • an area of vinification equipped with indoor fermentation machinery of the latest technology standards, including grape crushers, hyper-automatic vinification machines, fermentation tanks, pneumatic presses, nitrogen production units, a cooling unit and a wine stabilisation unit,
  • a wine ageing area equipped with French oak barrels at 16°C and moisture content 80%, as well as a bottling machine area equipped with a hypermodern unit monoblock.
All processes followed in the winery comply with the health and safety standards specified in ISO 22000: 2005-Quality Management System.
