Local White Wine of Imathia is the quintessence of white wine which brings out the oenologists' art in obtaining the white grape must of the Xinomavro Imathias red grapes’ variety –a method known as "blank dennoir". This wine is produced by organic grapes of exceptional quality, cultivated in our vineyards with utmost care.
